Písanka
Designed by Věnka Vařeková and Petr Žemla in 2018
Typeface Písanka was created as a project based on the evaluation of research of learning joined-up writing among children. It represents the sum of carefully selected frequent and specific deviations in handwriting in comparition to presented written text. The most common is the alteration of slant, in height and width of glyph or quandary in keeping proper directon of a stroke or disproportional writing. For the comparition with the presented writing which is being copied, two typefaces were created – excelent and insufficient.
